Dear Andy:

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for a job well done on the completion of the Utah State Governor's Mansion exterior renovation. You assembled a team with a great deal of qualified experience and dedication to the project. This was a difficult project, since the building was not a conventionally built structure. There were complex issues that had to be resolved around every corner. Your innovative resolutions to these issues became what I consider the outcome of a very successful project.

Your efforts in preserving the historic nature of the building are also well noted, not only in the final view of the building, but also by the State Historical Society.

I take pride in being part of this historic era of the Governor's Mansion, as I am sure you do. It is very gratifying to know that as we look back at this project, we are justified in feeling proud of the outcome and the changes we have made to preserve this noble building.
