Challenges Associated With The Project
Completing a major reroofing project in a limited time frame. Project started September 1, 2003 and was completed 90 days. Extensive sheet metal details covering new plywood crickets, valley metal, custom step shingles, drip edges gutters and downspouts all fabricated from prefinished metal. Natural stone and wood siding was removed from all vertical surfaces 36" up from the roof surface so Grace Ice and Watershield could be installed.
