Challenges Associated With The Project
160 foot high building in downtown Salt Lake City with very limited site and building access. All demolition and new materials were raised and/or lowered with a 300 ton crane or a roof mounted hoist. All floors of the building were occupied during construction. Precautions were taken to limit asphalt fumes in the building and noise pollution had to be limited to certain times of the work day.
