| Remove existing concrete topping slab and waterproofing
membrane from the plaza deck area around pool, hot tub and stairway.
Install new American Hydrotech 6125 waterproofing, steel reinforcing
rods, glycol radiant snowmelt system and colored stamped concrete
topping slab. |
