Remove and replace existing built up roofing system with new tapered insulation and Johns-Manville built-up roof membrane. Including, intricate sheet metal work and new building lighting features provided by subcontractor.

Challenges Associated With The Project
Corrdinating removal of asbestos containing felts with the prison labor provided by Utah Correctional Industries. Coordinating roofing work with the facilities manager to avoid conflict with the many daily activities at the Capitol.
