Challenges
Associated With The Project |
| Placing of waterproofing prior to completion of other
work exposing membrane to damage. It is estimated that over 500,000
holes were drilled or punched through waterproofing. Every square
foot was water tested for a minimum of 24 hours. Water features
such as fountains, runnels, water falls, and reflecting pools further
complicated the work. All work was successfully done under supervision
of UTR Personnel, general contractor, architect, and building owner's
representative which resulted in a 100% successful and watertight
building. |
