Our firm was established in 1948 as Eastern Utah Tile & Roofing Company in Price, Utah by Herman M. Seppi. From a grass roots beginning as a small "do-it-all" type contractor in an eastern Utah community, Mr. Seppi saw new opportunity in the northern Utah area. With courage and foresight, he gradually moved his family and company to Provo, Utah in the early 1960's. A few years later he moved on to the Salt Lake area where the company has remained and is located at 555 West 3900 South.

Mr. Seppi retired in the mid 1970's turning company operations over to his son, Paul D. Seppi. Shortly thereafter, another son, Andrew J. Seppi, joined the firm. The two brothers still run the company today.

We have grown into a specialty full serivce roofing and sheet metal contractor licensed in Utah, Nevada, Idaho, and California. Involvement in many important projects throughout the west has brought great expertise to the principles as well as the employees of UTR. We believe that Our Strength is Our People.

Currently, we are approved applicators for most major roofing, sheet metal, and waterproofing manufacturers and appreciate their support throughout the years. We take great pride in a job well done and are confident that we can help successfully complete even the most difficult roofing, architectual sheet metal, and waterproofing projects. Our goal is to satisfy our customers and build realtionships of trust by delivering quality projects on time.
